These two gardens, one at either end of Port Seton Links, add interest without detracting from the openness on the Links themselves.
They were one of the early projects undertaken by ‘Cockenzie and Port Seton in Bloom’.
The garden at the east end has a huge anchor made by local men. It is a real suntrap. During the summer months, the 2 benches are seldom unoccupied.
The planting in the 2 gardens is suitable for the seaside location and chosen to survive the exposed sites.
